Michael has been a public speaker and “entertainer” from a young age. Starting in student government in college and being elected at the young age of 22 as a City Commissioner were indicators of a talent which allowed Michael to spread a message with passion and conviction which translated to results.

Combining those experiences with and enlistment and subsequent officer commissioning in the South Dakota Army National Guard have provided some incredible training opportunities in addition to real world experience giving Michael the depth of knowledge that, when combined with the passion and conviction, ensure you organization of a world class training experience.

Michael owned and operated a Human Resources and Labor Relations consulting firm from 1994 to 2000. He then turned the day to day operations over to his staff in order to serve in the Army National Guard full-time from 2000 to 2003. In 2004 Michael deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and continues to serve in the Army National Guard as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Michael truly believes that he is called to service in the area of providing a message of success and personal and professional achievement.
